Job Description

The Physiotherapist provides foundational clinical care, Assessing patient, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. They determining rehabilitation goals for individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary conditions, learn evidence-based practices, document progress, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

  1. JOB SCOPE

The Physiotherapist works within outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation teams, delivering physiotherapy services across a range of conditions. Responsibilities include performing initial patient assessments, collecting medical history, assisting in developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The role supports patient education, home exercise programs, and progression monitoring. They collaborate with other therapists and other clinicians to optimize care pathways, coordinate with support staff, and ensure accurate documentation and timely communication. The Physiotherapist participates in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributes to quality improvement activities, and engages in continuing professional development to expand clinical competencies. They assist with clinical governance, adhere to safety and infection control standards, and support evaluation of treatment outcomes. The role emphasizes learning, professional growth, and adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

  2. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Educations and Certificates:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Valid Saudi Commission License as Specialist.
  • Valid BLS .

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-4 years of clinical physiotherapy experience, with demonstrated leadership or mentorship roles.
  1. SKILLS AND PORFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Foundational clinical skills across musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation as applicable.
  • Ability to conduct or assist with patient assessments, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Effective communication and patient education skills; ability to work within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation workflows.
  • Professionalism, ethical practice, and commitment to patient-centered care.
  1. LANGUAGE
  • Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English languages
