Physiotherapist

We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Advisor/Physiotherapist to join our growing spa team.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Physiotherapy and strong experience in customer consultation, body treatments, and sales. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans based on client needs

* Perform treatments according to company protocols and standards

* Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

* Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction

* Follow up with clients and support retention and treatment continuity

* Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to maximize results

* Maintain high hygiene and operational standards within the spa

* Support promotional campaigns and recommend suitable products/services to clients

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or related field

* Minimum 3 years of experience in physiotherapy, wellness, or spa operations

* Strong sales and consultation skills

* Arabic speaker is a must

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality

* English proficiency is a plus
