Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical injuries, disabilities, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs as required to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation programs, injury prevention, and home exercise plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and healthcare regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
