1. Major Duties & Responsibilities:

3.1 Missing Asset Identification and correction, based on the customer provided data, diagrams, drawings

3.2 Conduct Field survey in all plants / substations/building and compare physical availability of electrical assets in the field, with P&ID, single diagrams ,480V and 4160V MCC tabulations in drawings schedules and asset lists available in SAP and create tag numbers if not available in SAP.

3.3 Prepare MCC tabulations and cable schedules and update these documents for missing asset in Electrical drawings, based on physical verifications, after getting it reviewed and approved by customer rep.

3.4 Create item codes / tag numbers in SAP for area lighting, grounding and power outlets / receptacles and update SAP after review and approval by Engineering Focal point from Client

3.5 Create tag numbers for critical medium voltage and EHV cables, EHV and MV circuit breakers and MOV actuators which do not have tag numbers by coordinating with client representative

3.6 Prepare a list of Electrical tags to be created / deleted after the survey, get it reviewed and approved from Operation and electrical engineering representative of the client, make requests in PK PMDB system to update SAP accordingly.

3.7 Verify and document loads connected in the lighting panels, UPS, DC distribution board, Instrumentation panels Generators, Generator AVRs and Transformer AVR

3.8 Review existing BoM and PM for critical assets of RL1 and RL2 as provided by client

3.9 Prepare PM task list as per recommended PM by OEM (or) based on Maintenance strategy Procedures

3.10 Create BOM (Bill of Material) based on Data sheets/Equipment Drawings / OEM Manuals

3.11 Communication with OEM / supplier for missing Data Sheets / Equipment Drawings / OEM Manuals, to create BoM.

1. Qualification, Skills and Abilities

4.1 Safety - knowledge and application of good safety practices both for personal safety and safety of others

4.2 Must be an Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering graduate with acceptable GPA / Percentage of marks.

4.3 Must have relevant experience in similar field of assigned job and familiarity with machineries, Electrical distribution, and utilization systems, spare parts and their deployment, storage, and recording etc..

4.4 Quality- Ability to work with high quality standard. Implements effective quality rules and job standard.

4.5 Work Organizing: Must be able to organize the workplace and work contents matching with Project requirements and client direction

4.6 Job Knowledge - Implements effectively job-related instructions & company policies.

4.7 Initiative - Self-starter and motivated. Ability to work independently. Makes ownership of projects.

4.8 Analytical Ability - Effectiveness in thinking through a problem, recognizing, and evaluation.
