We are seeking an experienced PIMS (Project Information Management System) Completion Coordinator to play a key leadership role in covering the mechanical completion, Pre‑Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start‑Up (MC-PCCSU) activities and handover principles for a major FLNG & FSU project.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute across the full project lifecycle; from early preparation through on-site execution; supporting the successful commissioning and start-up of a world-class LNG facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the PIMS database to support construction completion (MC), pre-commissioning (PC), commissioning & start-up (CSU), system handover, and project closeout activities.
- Ensure system compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- System/Sub-system breakdown
- Administer and maintain PIMS databases and user's access
- Create and manage Systems, Subsystems, tagged items, Punch Lists, ITRs, Test Packs, and Work Packs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with System Completion terminology.
- Support MC, RFC, RFO, RFSU, RFHO, and Handover dossier preparation.
- Track commissioning status and completion certificates.
- Maintain punch list management and closeout records.
- Generate progress reports and commissioning dashboards.
- Monitor completion status by discipline and system.
- Interface with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning and Operations teams.
- Support database population, data migration and client handover.

- Develop and maintain MC/PC/CSU Skylines (System Completion Skylines) in coordination with Construction and PCCSU teams.
- Ensure all activities are properly linked to Systems, Sub-Systems, COTags, ITRs, Test Packs, and Handover Milestones.
- Coordinating with discipline leads to verifying PCCSU scope completeness and readiness status.
- Support preparation and validation of commissioning activity durations based on: System complexity; Vendor requirements; Historical project benchmarks; Resource availability; and Operational constraints
- Assistance to optimize commissioning sequences to enhance overall project execution efficiency.
- Develop PCCSU manhour estimates for each discipline and Sub-System.
- Maintain manpower loading forecasts and productivity tracking.
- Support resource optimization initiatives during peak commissioning periods.
- Generate discipline-wise and system-wise workload forecasts for management review.
- Work closely with the PCCSU Planning Engineer to ensure alignment between PIMS and the Level-4 PCCSU Schedule.
- Verify that all PCCSU activities, milestones, and system completions are properly reflected within the integrated project schedule.
- Provide regular progress updates and system completion forecasts to support planning activities.
- Generate System Completion KPIs and dashboards including MC Progress; RFC Progress; RFSU Progress; Punch Status; Discipline Performance; System Readiness Forecasts; and Skyline Progress Curves
- Support weekly and monthly PCCSU reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Advanced PIMS administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of System Completion methodologies.
- Experience developing MC/PCCSU Skylines and System Completion forecasts.
- Ability to interface effectively with Planning, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Project Control teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
- Experience performing schedule alignment reviews and Gap Analysis for major EPC, FPSO, FLNG, LNG, or Offshore projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CMS software and tools.
- Strong understanding of system completion, commissioning sequencing, and start-up methodologies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and systems, including MS Office, PDF tools, 3D modeling platforms
- Highly organized, practical professional with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Completion Management System (CMS) methodologies.
- Readiness and flexibility to work across Home Office and Site locations throughout the project lifecycle.
