Pipeline Engineer within
EniProgetti Egypt Ltd. in
Cairo.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned tasks and produce deliverables competently and effectively within agreed time and budget constraints, ensuring that all project objectives are met
- Comply with all relevant HSE requirements and company HSE policies for assigned projects, promoting a safe and healthy workplace
- Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, designers and technical personnel within the discipline and across other disciplines during project execution
- Perform work in accordance with applicable project requirements, codes and standards
- Apply proven company work methods, standardised deliverables and tools to maximise design efficiency
- Work in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and interface with Quality Assurance on quality-related matters, ensuring compliance with company ISO quality procedures
- Support the preparation of cost estimates, scope changes and proposals, and assist in project schedule planning
- Prepare technical deliverables, including pipeline calculations, stress analysis reports, wall thickness calculations, alignment sheets and specifications
- Prepare pipeline material take-offs (MTOs)
- Participate in client and internal multidisciplinary meetings
Skills And Experience Required
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Significant experience in pipeline design for oil and gas projects
