At Eni, we are looking for a Pipeline Engineer within EniProgetti Egypt Ltd. in Cairo.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out assigned tasks and produce deliverables competently and effectively within agreed time and budget constraints, ensuring that all project objectives are met
  • Comply with all relevant HSE requirements and company HSE policies for assigned projects, promoting a safe and healthy workplace
  • Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, designers and technical personnel within the discipline and across other disciplines during project execution
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable project requirements, codes and standards
  • Apply proven company work methods, standardised deliverables and tools to maximise design efficiency
  • Work in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and interface with Quality Assurance on quality-related matters, ensuring compliance with company ISO quality procedures
  • Support the preparation of cost estimates, scope changes and proposals, and assist in project schedule planning
  • Prepare technical deliverables, including pipeline calculations, stress analysis reports, wall thickness calculations, alignment sheets and specifications
  • Prepare pipeline material take-offs (MTOs)
  • Participate in client and internal multidisciplinary meetings

Skills And Experience Required

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering
  • Significant experience in pipeline design for oil and gas projects
