Job Description
Piping Designer
Job Purpose
The Piping Designer will be responsible for developing and delivering piping layouts, routing, and 3D models for an offshore Oil & Gas project, ensuring designs comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements.
The role will involve using SmartPlant 3D (S3D), AutoCAD, and SmartSketch to produce accurate and constructible piping designs, with a strong focus on offshore fixed facilities.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Piping Layout & Design within Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Strong experience in piping layout development, routing, and design in line with project requirements
- Hands-on expertise in SmartPlant 3D (S3D)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SmartSketch
- Offshore Fixed Facility experience is mandatory
- Experience with QatarGas projects is preferred
