Job Description

Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects.

Experience in both onshore and offshore projects, demonstrating strong understanding of field and site conditions.

Experience working with EPC contractors and involvement in ADNOC projects is essential.

Lead piping design and layout during FEED and Detailed Engineering, ensuring alignment with project standards and best practices.

Prepare, review, and approve piping deliverables, including material specs, isometrics, GA drawings, and support designs.

Perform piping stress analysis and ensure compliance with ASME, API, and all project-specific requirements.

Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil, structural, and instrumentation teams to maintain an integrated and efficient design.

Participate in 3D model reviews, constructability assessments, and HAZOP/HAZID sessions to support safe and cost-effective design solutions.

Oversee field piping activities, including installation, inspection, hydrotesting, commissioning, and resolution of site issues.

Expertise in the design and review of piping engineering deliverables, including layouts, isometrics, material specifications, and 3D model reviews.

Strong knowledge of piping stress analysis and piping support design, with familiarity in resolving complex stressrelated issues.

Thorough understanding of brownfield piping modifications, including site surveys, tie-in identification, constructability, and shutdown planning.

Technocommercial knowledge of Piping MOC (Material of Construction) and the ability to select materials based on service conditions and project specifications.

Strong proficiency in industry-standard piping design and analysis software, including CAESAR II, Auto PIPE, PDMS, and SP3D.
