We are seeking a self-motivated PL/SQL Developer/Oracle Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with talented engineers and business teams to design and implement a multi-tenant system capable of ingesting data from diverse sources in both real-time and batch modes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing large-scale distributed systems and ensuring high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end technology solutions for enterprise risk business, including batch processes, calculation engines, and database modelling.
- Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements and propose optimal technology solutions.
- Conduct system analysis, write high-level and low-level design documents, and estimate work for new tasks.
- Manage data movement within a data warehouse environment, focusing on complex computations.
- Work closely with offshore teams to deliver projects on time and maintain high quality.
- Conduct peer code reviews and collaborate with internal/external teams on data-sourcing projects.
Required Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, with a strong background in data warehousing.
- Proven experience in developing large-scale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong ownership mentality, work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
