Required to join an international contractor working on the construction of large prestigious commercial building project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be a key member of the project team liaising with the client in all matters related to P6/4D Synchro and the changes in quantities, variations and claims.
Other responsibilities include
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project control processes, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices for cost, schedule, and performance.
- Establish and manage project baselines, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while facilitating timely adjustments when deviations occur.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Utilise advanced project management software and tools to create detailed reports and dashboards that visualize project performance metrics.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering
- 15 + years of experience in project control
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Expert in relevant software including P6 / Synchro user
- Experience of working for Tier 1 contractors in the Middle East
