WE ARE HIRING | PLANNING & COST CONTROL ENGINEER

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Road & Infrastructure Contracting

Experience: 4–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join our team and support our road & infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project programmes using Primavera P6.

• Develop baseline programmes, resource loading, and cost allocation.

• Monitor planned vs. actual project progress and prepare progress reports.

• Prepare EOT and Delay analysis as required

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost variances.

• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

• Coordinate with project/site teams to collect and verify progress data.

Required Skills

Primavera P6 – Advanced (Mandatory)

• Baseline programme preparation

• Resource & cost allocation

Microsoft Excel – Advanced (Mandatory)

• Formulas & functions

• Tables & data analysis

• VBA/Macros – added advantage

Power BI – Intermediate (Preferred)

Microsoft PowerPoint – Preferred

Additional Requirement

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
