Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures (WBS) using Primavera P6.Monitor and update project progress regularly and report deviations from the baseline schedule.Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and visual performance summaries using Power BI.Analyze project data to identify delays, bottlenecks, and risks, and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather progress data and ensure schedule accuracy.Review and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.Conduct schedule impact analysis for variations, change orders, and extensions of time (EOT).Support project control and cost control teams with forecasting and performance metrics (EV, CPI, SPI, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5-8 years of planning experience in the UAE, specifically on building construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and Power BI (mandatory).Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and scheduling methodologies.Experience in preparing progress measurement systems, cash flow forecasts, and manpower histograms
