Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with proposal requirements using Primavera P6.
- Identify project deliverables, milestones, required tasks and targets to determine staffing requirements and allocate available resources to the different project phases through the project measurement system.
- Implement the work schedule and monitor progress to ensure timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly reports and regular review of the overall project status.
- Monitor progress of assigned projects on a regular basis, anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on-time (or earlier) deliveries and keep the project on schedule.
- Coordinate internal project team reviews of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems, followed by client review and approval where required.
- Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required, and keep Management and the Project Director updated on progress on a regular basis.
- Ensure that project control documents such as resource histograms, schedules, reporting systems, material control systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management, and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.
- Develop a master project schedule, identifying major milestones required to achieve the project completion date.
- Develop detailed schedules by WBS and assign costs, labor and equipment to each activity to determine progress requirements needed to meet the project completion date.
- Establish and maintain a schedule development process that covers the full project scope, client requirements, schedule hierarchy, division of responsibilities, schedule review and approval requirements, and circulation/distribution.
- Analyze schedule trends, identify schedule risks, and develop options and recommendations for corrective or preventive actions.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Supervisor.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Engineering Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field.
- Must have knowledge of internal audit processes.
- High competency level in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 8 years and maximum 10 years of relevant work experience.
