Job Description


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all planning and scheduling functions across major construction projects.

• Provide strategic planning advice and executive reporting to Project Directors, senior management, and clients.

• Lead and mentor the project planning team, ensuring alignment with project delivery objectives.

• Direct the preparation of EOT claims, delay analysis, and schedule recovery plans.

• Approve baseline, mitigation, and revised project schedules.

• Oversee the preparation of resource plans, KPIs, and project cash flow forecasts.

• Ensure subcontractor schedules are fully integrated with the master construction program.

• Support project close-out activities including final completion and lessons-learned documentation.

Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in planning for large building and high-rise construction projects.

• Significant experience in a senior planning role with a main contractor.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• In-depth understanding of construction contracts, delay analysis, and claims management.

• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.

• Advanced knowledge of construction planning methodologies and Critical Path Method (CPM).
