Industry: Main Contracting / High-Rise Construction
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with strong main contracting experience in high-rise tower projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project programmes using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress against the approved programme.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare look-ahead programmes and recovery programmes.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor critical activities and identify potential delays.
- Support delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
- Attend progress and coordination meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of planning experience with a main contractor.
- Experience in high-rise towers/building projects is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
