Planning Engineer - Construction

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Baseline Project Schedules in compliance with contract requirements, using Primavera P6.
• Review and integrate schedules related to Engineering, Procurement Fabrication, Construction, Pre commissioning and Commissioning.
• Monitor Projects progress and update Weekly/Monthly schedules based on actual execution.
• Prepare project planning deliverables including WBS, Manpower Histograms, S-Curves, Productivity reports, and resources loading plans.
• Track critical path and highlight schedule risks, delay, and mitigation plans to management.
• Conduct delay analysis, including EOT justification reports as per contractual guidelines.
• Coordinate planning procurement for monitoring long lead item, vendor schedules and material availability to avoid delays.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly progress reports ,and present updates to management and Client.
• Ensure compliance with standard, project specification and internal planning procedures.
• Support cost control and budget tracking team by providing schedules based on forecasts and progress validation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• PMP preferred
• 5 years of experience
• Contracing experience preferred
