Job Title: Planning Engineer

Position Summary
A highly skilled Planning Engineer with around 10 years of proven experience in the construction industry, primarily from a contractor's background. Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and supporting project teams in achieving timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using industry-standard planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
Develop baseline programs, resource-loaded schedules, and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and provide recovery plans to mitigate delays.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective schedule control.
Prepare periodic progress reports and highlight risks, delays, and opportunities.
Assist in preparing extension of time (EOT) claims and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.
Conduct schedule risk analysis and advise management on potential impacts.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
Approximately 10 years of experience within large-scale mixed-use projects, preferably contractor background
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with contractual terms, FIDIC conditions, and EOT procedures is an advantage.
