China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Planning Engineer for Infrastructure Project. The candidate must have proven experience in infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities work.
Requirements:
- Preparation of Pre-qualification Documents for submission.
- Preparation of technical documents as per requirements from Clients.
- Collect and Compile Tender Technical Documents from Related Dept./ Person.
- Complete Other Works Assigned by Dept. Manager
- Complete study of the tender documents for the scope of the works.
- Analysis of the drawings with the BOQ quantities will be done.
- Understanding the requirements from the Tender documents preparing the tender
- Proposed programs with the Planning Manager's advice.
- Estimating the Manpower and Plants Requirements as per the Tender requirements.
- As per specified requirements for the technical submittal Construction sequencing & program will be prepared.
- Estimating the cash Flow and other Client's Requirements for the proposed works will be done.
- Supporting the sites for preparation of biweekly and monthly reports, as required by the project Management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 35 years of planning experience in infrastructure/utilities projects within the UAE.
