Job Description

  • Report directly to the Project Engineering Manager, overseeing activities across engineering disciplines and functions.
  • Coordinate daily with the Contractor's Project Planning Manager/Engineer to ensure effective project control, planning, and reporting.
  • Monitor engineering progress, schedules, and activities, and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Prepare and submit bi-weekly and monthly progress reports in line with project requirements.
  • Manage the issuance of progress invoices and track payments and receipts.
  • Maintain and follow up on action trackers, identifying and addressing items that may impact project progress.
  • Implement and manage project planning tools such as Primavera (P6) or similar software to track project performance.
  • Ensure timely document submissions from all disciplines as per the approved plan; develop catch-up or recovery plans in case of delays.
  • Independently develop and manage the document submission plan, with a strong understanding of oil & gas project workflows and logic.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and other relevant project planning and reporting tools.
