Planning Engineer

WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage baseline, revised and recovery programmes

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6

• Monitor planned vs. actual progress and critical path activities

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves and look-ahead schedules

• Conduct delay analysis and support Extension of Time (EOT) claims

• Prepare mitigation and recovery plans for project delays

• Monitor manpower, resources, procurement and project milestones

• Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors

• Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions

• Support management with accurate project forecasts and planning reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 8–10+ years of construction planning experience

• Strong UAE construction/main contracting experience

• Experience in high-rise, residential or large-scale building projects preferred

• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 – Mandatory

• Strong knowledge of CPM, resource loading, delay analysis and EOT

• Excellent reporting, analytical and coordination skills
