Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Planning Engineer. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing and updating project schedules, analyzing project progress, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with timelines, and implementing efficient production plans. The role also includes monitoring project performance, identifying variances, and suggesting corrective actions for timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in reputable construction company on the UAE.
• Expertise in Planning and Production Planning to create and manage project schedules effectively
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Project Control for monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective measures
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• A commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project deadlines
