Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves project scheduling, progress monitoring, site coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.

Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Conduct site visits to track actual progress and ensure alignment with approved plans.

Identify delays, risks, and deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Support resource planning, cost monitoring, and process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in planning and scheduling for residential and commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of project monitoring, reporting, and coordination with site teams.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good understanding of construction sequencing, resource planning, and cost monitoring.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to work closely with site and project teams.
