Planning Engineer MEP

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer – MEP to join our team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in planning, scheduling, and monitoring large-scale building construction projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed MEP project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare baseline, revised, and recovery schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the master construction programme.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, KPIs, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
• Conduct critical path analysis, resource planning, and productivity monitoring.
• Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.
• Participate in project review meetings with consultants and clients.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

✔ 8–10 years of MEP planning experience on high-rise building projects.

✔ UAE/GCC experience with a main contractor is highly preferred.

✔ Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.

✔ Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), resource planning, and project controls.

✔ Experience in progress reporting, EOT preparation, and delay analysis.

✔ Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
