Job Decription
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all necessary tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop an efficient plan.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify potential risks, constraints, and opportunities.
- Create and update project progress reports, identifying critical activities, potential delays, and recommended actions to mitigate risks and deviations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify any discrepancies, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources required for construction activities.
- Conduct resource allocation and optimization to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor and control project costs, tracking expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on project progress, raising concerns, and offering recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Preferably with extensive experience working in Dubai projects
- Minimum working experience of 5 years
- Adept in using Primavera and Microsoft Office applications.
