A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 9 years experience in planning and scheduling for power transmission projects
- Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
- Solid understanding of transmission line engineering, substation design, and grid integration
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven track record of working with multidisciplinary teams in consulting environments
- Experience with client-facing roles and stakeholder management is a plus
