We are searching for a driven Planning Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Planning, Scheduling, and Project Coordination
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-recognised software (Primavera P6/MS Project), supporting the management of high-rise building projects and complex engineering assignments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of project milestones and resource allocation.
- Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and highlight potential risks or delays to senior management.
- Contribute to risk analysis and mitigation strategies in coordination with project stakeholders and technical managers.
- Assist in the preparation of project baseline schedules, forecasts, and progress updates for client and management reporting.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, contributing insights on timelines, deliverables, and critical path activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality, health, safety, and environmental standards throughout planning processes.
What You Bring Planning Engineering Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 35 years experience in planning and scheduling in the engineering, construction, or consultancy sector (preferably involving high-rise or complex building projects).
- Strong user of project management software
- Familiarity with international engineering standards and project delivery best practices.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and levels of seniority.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
