Job Description

Tasks

Develop and maintain baseline and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
Build WBS structures, activity coding, schedule logic, and resource-loading aligned with project execution.
Update master and micro schedules based on verified site progress, constraints, and sequencing realities.
Produce planning outputs including S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flows, and progress dashboards.
Lead recovery planning, delay analysis, and lookahead schedule preparation to support project decisions.
Automate reporting templates and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros) and Power BI for management visibility.
Coordinate with site and project teams to capture constraints, delays, and mitigation actions.
Analyze schedule data to provide actionable insights on sequencing, manpower allocation, and critical path risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (4-year course).
510 years of planning experience with a main contractor, ideally supporting complex or fast-track projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6
Experience in MS Project is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and schedule automation; Power BI experience is advantageous.
Proven experience in preparing, coordinating, and analyzing master and micro schedules.
Practical understanding of construction sequencing and site constraints.
UAE project experience is highly preferred.
Immediate availability is a plus.
