AWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Planning Engineer Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning team, overseeing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning team across multiple projects.
- Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
- Prepare baseline schedules, revised schedules, and recovery plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays and risks.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with timelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Conduct delay analysis and support claims preparation when required.
- Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 812 years of experience in planning within construction projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Excellent knowledge of project control techniques and delay analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
