Planning Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction activities. Coordinates with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to support timely project delivery and accurate progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update baseline and detailed project schedules.
- Perform monthly progress measurement and prepare recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly internal and client progress reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate progress tracking.
- Prepare schedule updates, what-if analyses, and delay impact assessments.
- Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related submissions.
- Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
- Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
