We are looking for experienced Planning Engineers – Civil and MEP to join our team and support the delivery of major high-rise building and complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed baseline, recovery, and updated project programmes in line with contractual requirements.
- Prepare Level 3 / Level 4 schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, constraints, and critical activities.
- Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective and mitigation actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress updates, including:
- Planned vs. actual progress
- Look-ahead schedules
- S-curves
- Manpower histograms
- Productivity reports
- Progress dashboards
- Delay and variance analysis
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, QS, and site teams.
- Review subcontractors programmes and ensure alignment with the overall master schedule.
- Monitor material procurement, shop drawings, technical submissions, approvals, and long-lead items.
- Support preparation of recovery programmes, acceleration plans, and catch-up schedules when required.
- Assist the commercial/contracts team with programme-related information for EOT, delay analysis, and contractual claims.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide accurate programme status and forecasts.
- Maintain proper planning records and ensure timely reporting to project and senior management.
Civil Planning Engineer – Specific Requirements
Candidates should have strong planning experience in:
- High-rise towers and multi-storey buildings
- Structural and architectural works
- Excavation, piling, substructure and superstructure
- Concrete and structural works
- Façade and architectural finishes
- External works and infrastructure interfaces
- Testing, commissioning and project handover sequencing
MEP Planning Engineer – Specific Requirements
Candidates should have strong planning experience in:
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works
- HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing and drainage
- Firefighting and fire alarm systems
- ELV/BMS systems
- MEP procurement and long-lead equipment
- Testing & commissioning
- Authority inspections and approvals
- Integration of MEP works with civil, architectural and façade activities
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant construction planning experience, preferably with a main contractor.
- Proven experience working on high-rise building projects is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning/reporting tools.
- Good understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, productivity, and resource planning.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and project requirements.
- Experience in preparing and analysing project schedules, progress measurement, and delay impacts.
- Strong coordination, analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Previous UAE/GCC construction experience will be highly preferred.
Preferred Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with established main contractors on major high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments and can demonstrate hands-on experience managing complex project schedules from mobilisation through testing, commissioning, and handover.
