This is a pivotal leadership position, tasked with designing and leading the end-to-end planning function. Sitting as a key member of the senior management team, you will play a central role in supporting the company's operational excellence and long-term success.

* Integrated Planning - develop and oversee a planning framework across demand, supply, and production planning activities.

* Demand, Supply, and Production Planning - ensure accurate forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.

* Process Optimization - identify gaps and inefficiencies in and implement improvements

* Performance Monitoring and Reporting - establish and monitor KPIs

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced planning professional with at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the FMCG sector. You will have a proven track record of building and leading planning functions, coupled with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and operational excellence.
