Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Planning Manager based in Qesm 1st 6 October. Responsibilities include overseeing production and operations planning, analyzing demand to optimize efficiency, creating schedules to maintain supply chain flow, and forecasting materials and resources to meet production needs. The Planning Manager will also lead process improvements, ensure timely delivery of products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in production planning, demand forecasting, and operations management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to evaluate data and identify process improvements
• Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software/tools
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for managing cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in planning or operations management roles, preferably in the beauty or manufacturing industry, is a plus
• Working knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
