Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day planning activities, set clear objectives and ensure alignment with site and regional goals.
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, customer service and sales to forecast, allocate constrained materials, minimize excess inventory, achieve DIFOT targets and drive S&OP.
- Handle escalations related to production and raw material planning, making critical decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team management and coach team members, conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate meetings, review metrics and align with manufacturing, R&D and commercial teams on innovation and operational priorities.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimally 5 years experience in end-to-planning in FMCG MNC environment.
- Proven leadership experience with strong process driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and ability to resolve complex issues independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and data sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels.
- Experience in people development, coaching and managing complexity.
