We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for high-end interior fit-out and construction projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for a planning professional with a strong background in project controls, scheduling, and contract management who can drive timely project delivery while proactively managing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed baseline programs using recognized planning software.
- Establish work breakdown structures (WBS) and define project milestones.
- Prepare recovery / acceleration programs when required.
- Monitor progress versus plan and highlight risks, delays, and mitigation actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to obtain accurate updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
- Analyze critical path activities and advise management on priorities.
- Support claims preparation including EOT, disruption, and variation impact.
- Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master program.
- Participate in progress meetings with clients and consultants.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8–15 years of planning experience in construction/fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, sequencing, and construction methodology.
