The Project
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assests, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.
Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Develop detailed plans aligned with project constraints.
- Interface with project team and contribute to progress reporting.
- Review and capture productivity to track performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams and stakeholders.
- Establish and oversee project work plans and deadlines.
- Coordinate team activities to meet project requirements.
- Undertake tasks ensuring delivery of assignment obligations.
- Champion net zero carbon transition through proactive emissions management.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification in a relevant subject.
- Major project or programme delivery experience.
- Professional membership or Chartered status.
- Necessary criteria for visa requirements.
