Planning Manager – Metro/Railway Projects
Location: Dubai, UAE
Our client, a globally recognized leader in metro and railway projects, is seeking an experienced Planning Manager for their upcoming major project in Dubai. This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise in project controls, planning, scheduling, and risk management within large‑scale transportation infrastructure programs.
Job Objective
- The Planning Manager will lead planning and scheduling activities across bids, projects, and programs, ensuring full alignment with the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB). The role requires strong capability in developing, monitoring, and controlling schedules, risks, workload, and costs. - The ideal candidate brings advanced knowledge of project management structures (WBS, OBS, RAM, WPDDs, PMBs), PERT, Critical Path Method, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and delay/claims analysis.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 15 years experience in project management.
- At least 10 years in Communication & Control Systems projects, ideally in metro/railway environments.
