Planning Manager / Project Scheduler

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager / Project Scheduler to lead project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and programme management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules from planning to completion.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, commercial, and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and key milestones.
• Identify delays, critical activities, and potential programme risks.
• Prepare progress updates, look-ahead schedules, and recovery programmes.
• Analyse schedule impacts related to variations, delays, and changes.
• Prepare planning reports and provide recommendations to support timely project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, or programme management.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, and delay analysis.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning software.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale projects preferred.
