Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Manager at our New Cairo office. The Planning Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating project workflows, overseeing schedules, and ensuring projects meet deadlines efficiently. Key tasks include resource allocation, timeline creation, project tracking, and risk management. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, timeline planning, and workflow coordination.
• Experience with risk management and ability to develop strategies for on-schedule project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• A bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required.
• 10 years of experience.
• PMP is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management software, Primavera.
• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
