Planning Manager

looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning and project-controls activities across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project-controls activities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project performance, critical paths, milestones, delays, and recovery plans.
• Provide management with accurate progress reports, forecasts, and early warnings on project risks.
• Lead/support delay analysis, time-impact analysis, EOT submissions, and recovery programmes.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project resources.
• Support cost control, cash-flow analysis, revenue forecasting, and project performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, HSE, quality, and applicable regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop planning and project-controls teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, digital transformation, and effective use of AI-enabled planning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial planning role.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6, project controls, scheduling, delay analysis, and reporting.
• SAP/ERP knowledge is preferred.
• PMP certification and MMUP/UPDA registration are preferred.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and make effective decisions in high-pressure environments.
