About the role:
We are looking for a Manager Performance & Planning to join this high-impact team. This role combines deep data analysis, corporate and business planning, and project execution to drive performance improvements across clinical and non-clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical thinker with a consulting mindset who can translate complex data into actionable solutions and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights through advanced analytics, scenario planning, and predictive modeling.
- Partner with leadership to define strategic priorities, KPIs, and operational plans.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to guide decision-making for senior leadership.
- Ensure sustainability of initiatives by embedding processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in strategy, consulting, finance, business planning, or performance management, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end while balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
