Responsibilities:
Assess and determine the quantities of materials required based on planning assumptions and consumption patterns.
Track sales volume, monitor customer demand patterns, and analyze purchasing trends.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to gather demand forecasts and incorporate them into the planning process.
Conduct regular demand planning meetings to align cross-functional teams and ensure accurate demand forecasts.
Coordinate with the production team to create a feasible production plan based on demand forecasts, available resources, and capacity analysis.
Prepare production schedules and monitor their execution to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials for production.
Execute material requirements planning (MRP) processes to determine the quantities and timing of materials needed for production.
Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock movement trends, and take appropriate actions to minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to address any supply chain issues, quality concerns, or changes in material requirements.
Conduct analysis of production capacity based on labor availability, machinery capabilities, and business needs.

Bachelor s degree in engineering / pharmacy / supply chain / business administration or Equivalent.
Experience:
From 6 up to 9 years of related Job Function / Industry / Experience.
