Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production and material planning schedules based on sales forecasts, demand patterns, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain team, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to address bottlenecks, delays, or unexpected demand changes.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods to minimize shortages or excess stock.
- Generate reports and KPIs (capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, OTIF On Time in Full, etc.) to track planning efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes, providing accurate data and analysis for decision-making.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance planning processes, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain.
- Experience from 1- 3 years in planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
