We are looking for Planning Team Leader to join our head office team.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the planning team across multiple concurrent projects.
Develop, baseline, update, and monitor detailed project schedules and progress reports.
Ensure proper alignment between project timelines, resources, budgets, and contractual milestones.
Provide senior management with accurate performance analysis, forecasts, recovery plans, executive dashboards, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Perform advanced data analysis, including earned value analysis (EVA), KPI tracking, productivity analysis, and trend analysis to enhance project performance and reporting accuracy.
Manage planning-related claims, including delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) submissions, impact assessments, and preparation of supporting documentation in coordination with the contracts team.
Coordinate effectively with project managers, technical teams, procurement, cost control, and contracts departments to ensure timely project delivery.
Review subcontractors schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
Identify potential delays, risks, and deviations, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
812 years of solid experience in planning within reputable construction companies.
Proven experience handling diverse project portfolios, including infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects.
Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel (advanced level), Power BI, and other relevant planning and project control tools.
Strong knowledge of delay analysis techniques and contractual claims management.
Strong leadership, communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
