We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Plant Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations at our manufacturing site in Giza.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive production & materials planning, optimize raw material warehouse and logistics operations, and ensure seamless material flow - balancing cost, service, and quality performance. You will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of monthly and daily production plans, aligned with S&OP inputs, capacity constraints, and supplier capabilities.
  • Define and drive materials requirements planning (MRP/DRP) to ensure optimal supply availability.
  • Oversee inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and availability of raw materials and components.
  • Manage internal logistics and raw material and WIP warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient material handling, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to balance availability and working capital efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance, proactively mitigating risks in close collaboration with Procurement and Production.
  • Define and track logistics KPIs (safety, service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity, availability).
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance, warehouse efficiency, and material flow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver plant performance and operational excellence targets.
  • Actively contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Champion a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture within logistics operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering capability growth and engagement.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within an industrial environment.
  • Proven expertise in: Production & material planning, Warehouse operations & inventory management and ERP/WMS implementation and optimization.
  • Strong experience managing operational teams in manufacturing environments.
  • Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics KPIs
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
