Role Description

The Plant Manager will oversee and manage daily operations of a manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency and optimal performance. This part-time hybrid role, based in Dubai, allows for a combination of on-site management and some remote work. Responsibilities include supervising production planning, ensuring smooth plant operations, and maintaining high-quality standards while meeting production targets within budget.

• Strong expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
• Solid experience in Operations Management and Production Planning
• Proven understanding of Manufacturing Operations and processes
• Effective leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze and optimize workflows for improved efficiency
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
• Prior experience in similar leadership roles within a manufacturing environment is a plus
