Plant Manager

a. Specifications:

-Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

-Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in wastewater treatment plant operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

b. Certifications:

-Certified Water/Wastewater Treatment Operator (Required).

-NEBOSH or OSHA certification (Required for HSE compliance).

-Project Management Certification (PMP) (Preferred).

-ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (Preferred).

c. Additional Requirements:

-Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

-Experience with Saudi regulatory compliance and NEOM standards.

-Advanced knowledge of SCADA/DCS automation systems for plant control.

d. Job Description & Responsibilities:

-Oversee the entire operation and maintenance of the STP (2x1000 m/day) & RO (250 m/day) plants.

-Ensure compliance with Saudi environmental regulations and effluent quality standards.

-Lead and manage the O&M team, ensuring adherence to HSE policies and technical procedures.

-Coordinate with client representatives and regulatory authorities.

-Optimize the use of chemicals, electricity, and manpower to enhance efficiency.

-Implement and enforce emergency response plans.

-Prepare and submit reports, including HSE compliance, plant performance, and maintenance logs.

-Develop and execute a preventive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime.
