The Opportunity
We are hiring a Plant Repair and Maintenance Engineer to drive the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems and industrial equipment. This opportunity offers a chance to play a key role in minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and effective troubleshooting, while upholding the highest safety standards. The role also provides exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Perform maintenance on electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and power panels.
- Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain equipment such as transformers, switchgear, MCCs, generators, and UPS.
- Ensure proper functioning of control systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Follow safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and apply LOTO procedures.
- Support installations, commissioning, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate with vendors and recommend reliability and efficiency upgrades.
- Maintain records and manage spare parts inventory.
- Provide technical support and training to teams.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and equipment.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and LOTO procedures.
- Experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
