Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plastic Quality Control Testing Technical Sales role based in Giza. The role involves promoting and selling plastic testing equipment and solutions to industrial and laboratory customers, with a focus on understanding client quality control needs and matching them to appropriate products. The Technical Sales professional will conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and support customers in selecting and using testing machines for plastic materials. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, visiting customer sites, coordinating with technical and service teams, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also includes providing after-sales technical support, training users on equipment operation, and contributing feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in materials testing, plastics, or related engineering fields, with the ability to understand physical and mechanical testing methods and standards.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing roles within industrial equipment, laboratory instruments, or quality control solutions.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical quotations, and explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language to diverse stakeholders.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong organizational skills for managing leads, opportunities, and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant industry certifications or training in quality control are an advantage.
• Previous experience in plastics, materials testing, or quality assurance is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with international testing standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Giza, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with internal technical and service teams.
