Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to facial rejuvenation, breast reconstruction, and post-traumatic repairs
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to design personalized surgical treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as dermatology, oncology, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide detailed postoperative monitoring and management to facilitate optimal recovery
- Educate patients about surgical procedures, potential risks, recovery expectations, and long-term care
- Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and surgical procedures
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery through continuous professional development
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery is essential
- Valid and current medical license to practice in Sharjah or the UAE
- Proven track record of performing both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures
- Strong surgical expertise, attention to detail, and artistic eye for aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to fast-paced clinical settings
