Position Overview

The Plumbing Technician will perform and supervise plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities across residential and commercial properties. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong troubleshooting ability, and leadership of plumbing staff.

Technical Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair leaks in PPR, PVC, copper, and flexible piping.

Install and service water heaters, pumps, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.

Clear blockages and perform drain line cleaning.

Conduct inspections and preventive plumbing maintenance.

Ensure compliance with UAE plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Leadership & Supervisory Duties:

Oversee plumbing technicians and helpers.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.

Ensure safe working practices and adherence to standards.

Train junior plumbers on repair methods.

Operational Responsibilities:

Maintain plumbing tools, materials, and spare parts.

Complete job reports, checklists, and documentation.

Coordinate with AC, electrical, and handyman teams when needed.

Handle emergency plumbing call-outs.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

Follow all plumbing and general safety guidelines.

Report hazardous conditions immediately.

Minimum Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Plumbing or related trade.

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in plumbing maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of UAE building plumbing systems.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Time management and task prioritization.

Leadership and teamwork.

Additional Advantages:

Valid UAE driving license.
